Tolu’s Story
Welcome! Throughout my career I have had the privilege of helping individuals, couples and families navigate significant life transitions, trauma, racial trauma, microaggressions, grief, conflict, interpersonal relationships, and low self-esteem.
To better meet the needs of each individual client, I apply an integrative approach to psychotherapy, weaving together different treatment modalities from my training and personal experience. Together, I hope we can bring you to a place of healing; help you hold your thoughts and feelings with an open hand; work toward identifying your values and living more closely in line with them; and deepen your sense of self-love.
