Have you ever felt like you’re constantly trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built with you in mind?
Perhaps you’re questioning your sexuality or gender, struggling to understand who you are outside of other people’s expectations, or carrying the impact of discrimination, exclusion, and marginalization. You may find yourself feeling disconnected from your authentic self, questioning your worth, or wondering where you truly belong.
For many people, these experiences don’t just affect identity—they can show up as self-doubt, anxiety, burnout, isolation, difficulty trusting yourself, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
I work with individuals who are exploring who they are, who they want to be, and how to build a life that feels authentic and meaningful. Together, we’ll create space to examine the stories you’ve been told about yourself, make sense of difficult experiences, and strengthen the parts of you that may have been overlooked, silenced, or dismissed.
My practice is particularly focused on supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, people navigating gender dysphoria, racialized individuals exploring identity and belonging, those recovering from rejection and marginalization, and people examining their relationship with substances through a harm-reduction lens. I also provide second assessments for gender-affirming surgeries and support clients in developing more compassionate relationships with their bodies, movement, and overall wellness—free from shame and diet culture.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique experiences and needs, drawing on evidence-based practices through a queer-affirming and culturally responsive lens. My CBT and DBT work is informed by an understanding of the ways identity, discrimination, and systemic barriers can shape mental health and well-being.
As a Registered Social Worker, my approach is relational, affirming, strengths-based and culturally responsive. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want—not a space where you need to prove or explain who you are.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, rebuilding your sense of self-worth, or simply looking for a space where you can show up authentically, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, discuss your goals, and determine whether we’re a good fit.

More About Me
A few fun facts about me: I’m a competitive Canadian powerlifter with national records, a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, and a new solo traveller. I enjoy creating content about travel, independence, and building a meaningful life on your own terms. I’m also known to never say no to a fresh set of nails, and I share my home with a very opinionated 14-year-old Jack Russell Chihuahua mix.
