Welcome!

Maybe things have started feeling more difficult than usual, or perhaps you’re recognizing that things have always felt harder for you than you believe they are for others.

You might be realizing that something needs to change, that you want to explore your gender expression or coming out to your loved ones.

Maybe the “typical” ways of moving through life are draining and overwhelming, and you’re seeking support managing the stress of navigating a world that wasn’t designed with you in mind.

Whatever brought you here today, whether you’re new to therapy or looking for support navigating unexpected life changes, I’m here to support you along your journey.

As an East Asian and white mixed-race, queer person, I understand the unique challenges of navigating the intersections of identity and feelings of non/belonging. It can be difficult learning to open up to someone, especially if we haven’t had a place where we felt safe enough to do so in the past. My hope is to accompany you through important moments and feelings and to witness your growth and strength as you work towards building the life you want.

Meaningful change starts to happen when you feel safe enough to be seen, when you can access an environment that encourages you to show up as yourself and advocate for your needs.

In my practice, I aim to create that environment, a space where we can cultivate a strong working relationship built on trust, collaboration and mutual respect. I work from anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, strengths-based, disability-affirming body neutrality, and neurodivergent-affirming frameworks to create space that recognises a variety of experiences.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Together we will collaborate on ways to navigate stressors, recognize unhelpful patterns, and work toward building a life that honours your capacity and is rooted in your values.

I enjoy painting, crafting, and spending time with my dog.
